Return Policy

If your goods are defective, damaged or or very different from the description, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


1.RETURNS

All returns must be in unused condition by the purchaser.


2. RETURN and REFUND PROCESS

To return an item for refund, please email our customer service at customerservice@jaguaspareparts.site with photos to show the damages or faults of the item within (3)days of delivery. We may start refund process immediately or we may ask you to return the item. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address within (3)days by Aupost.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


3. EXCEPTIONS

Since all of our products are salvaged parts, minor scars, scratches, dirt, grime, rust and etc. can not be reasons of refund.
