Return Policy

Pertaining to returning of goods the purchaser acknowledges that all goods offered for sale by the Company are:

  • Tested
  • In working Condition at the time of the sale
  • Aesthetically the best condition possible at the time of the sale as they are used parts before being offered for sale.
  • And due to the nature and age of some parts, it is not always possible to guarantee each part. Every effort is taken to supply parts in good working order.
  • Parts where cosmetic appearance is important- every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph the exact condition.

Please be aware that when buying used parts, these will usually not be as good cosmetically as a new part. Unless the item is listed as new, please do not expect it to look like a new part. It is sometimes difficult to capture exact condition details with photographs.

Goods will be advertised under the following categories regarding their condition:

  • New This is a new part that is boxed and unopened.
  • New Old Stock this is as it says a new part that has been shelved for a long time and because of that the packaging might be damaged but the part is not.
  • Refurbished this is when the part has been overhauled and had parts replaced to make it almost as good as new.
  • Excellent this is when the part is almost as good as new but has been used.
  • Very Good Almost to the standard of Excellent but has a small amount of wear and tear
  • Good this is a part that is in full working order with some blemishes, but they do not effect the overall performance of the part or its aesthetics.
  • Fair as the word implies the parts is not perfect aesthetically or might have some damage but the part is still functionable and in full working condition
  • Spares or Repair This means that they may be either untested, faulty, or damaged.

The Purchaser is responsible to review carefully all information in the listing before buying.


How to Return Goods

The Companies returns policy is strict due to some people trying to take advantage of our good nature.

The Company will not accept any returns if the following applies:

  • Ordered wrong part
  • Unhappy with colour/cosmetics etc
  • Goods not damaged

The company will accept returned goods initially at the Customers expense if the following applies:

  • Goods not as described
  • Goods are defective
  • Goods not working

All returns if accepted will be refunded in full and inclusive of the return goods cost upon receipt of the goods. Please contact us if you wish to return an order. 

The return process will consist of the following:

  • Contact us about wanting to make a return
  • State what the issue is with the goods purchased
  • Photographic evidence as to what the issue is
  • If the Company agrees to refund the Purchaser then the Purchaser will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • After receiving a RMA number ensure you keep it as this is then the reference number for the goods to be returned from this point onwards.
  • When the above is completed place the item securely in its original packaging and return the goods to the address provided with the RMA number.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed. Refunds could take between 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
