1. Ordering

Please note we are not only a physical based company in Western Australia but we are also an internet-based business selling used car parts online via our website, ebay, Market Place and Gumtree.

Therefore: all orders are need to be placed online via our website or other providers we use namely ebay, Market Place or Gumtree if shopping on their sites.

Please note we are unable to take orders over the phone, however quotations can be requested via contact us, email or through ebay, Market Place or Gumtree if using these sites.

All available payment methods are listed at the checkout for our website.

When using our site to make any purchases it will auto generate delivery charges, in that you add your parts to the Cart, and go to checkout, where you will see costs for the available delivery options.

2. Australian Orders

GST is included in the price of the goods offered and purchased.

Please add your parts into the cart and go to checkout, to auto generate courier/Postage and handling charges to your location.

Large, heavy or oversized dimension parts can be expensive to send, and sometimes difficult for the system to auto calculate exact charges to all Australian locations.

Sometimes additional delivery costs may be incurred due to this. Customer will be requested to ask for a quotation whereby the said quotation will include any and full costs associated with the purchase and delivery of goods.

Some remote areas can incur a location surcharge, this is governed by the Courier service providers.

Express delivery is available upon request and is subject to a surcharge.

3. Despatch

When Payment has cleared the estimated despatch time is 2-3 working days, from the point of ordering. This may be longer during peak periods and over the period of public holidays.

If parts are required urgently, please contact us before ordering to ascertain the current turnaround time and if your order can be expedited.

4. Collection in Person

Collection in person is available strictly by appointment. Contact us to arrange a suitable date and time for collection of your order.

The full address will be made available once a collection appointment has been arranged.

The Payment is required in full at the point of collection/ or before collection.

Please note that there it is not possible to “browse all stock”, at this location, as not all items are immediately accessible at all times. Only pre-ordered parts can be made available at the time of collection.
