Condition: Used in Excellent Condition.  

The leather case is in amazing condition, no tears splits or water damage.  Book and documents are also in amazing condition, Pages are unmarked, nice and crips showing almost no sign of being used. Some creases and marks to the service book which is all stamped up. That is a bonus to the documents as it was from a very low km car which was the Philippine Consulates car in NSW.  If you want included the Delivery and sales declaration confirming that then not an issue I will add it.
